J de Villebois

France

J. de Villebois is a family-owned winery in the Loire Valley, founded in 2004 and led by Joost and Miguela de Willebois. Specializing in Sauvignon Blanc, it produces a range of wines from Vin de France to single-vineyard Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, along with a small amount of Pinot Noir. The estate is committed to sustainable viticulture, certified by the Vignerons Engagés (ISO 26000) and HVE 3 labels. With a focus on terroir expression, it has expanded its vineyards and recently introduced parcel-specific cuvées. The winery exports widely, with a dedicated team including technical director Patrice Merceron and oenologist Alberto Tonnetto.
