Domaine Ninot is a family-run estate in Rully, in the heart of Burgundy’s Côte Chalonnaise, led by brother and sister Erell and Flavien Ninot. The family has been coopers and winegrowers since the 14th century, and their grandfather was an early driving force in the Rully appellation. Certified organic since 2020 by Agriculture Biologique/ECOCERT, the domaine follows a philosophy of “nature et bienveillance,” with practices intended to respect soils, biodiversity, and the natural cycle of the vine. Their aim is to produce wines that express the richness of their terroir. Visitors are welcomed for tastings and vineyard tourism by appointment in Rully.
