Crous Saint Martin is a family-owned Rhône producer in the north-east corner of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where the Bonnet family has cultivated its estate for three generations. The vineyards lie on varied soils of sand, marl, limestone sandstone and fine clay, topped with heat-retaining galets that also provide excellent drainage. Grapes are hand-harvested and double-sorted, with yields capped at 35 hl/ha, reflecting a quality-focused, uncertified sustainable approach. The wines are made through a collaboration between Rhône specialist Harry Bosmans and co-winemaker Eric Bonnet of Domaine Bastide Saint Dominique.
