Azienda Agricola Cottini is a multi-generational, family-run winery in Valpolicella Classica, operated by four brothers continuing the legacy of their father, Sergio Cottini. The farm has practiced organic viticulture since 1974 and is now Demeter-certified biodynamic, reflecting a longstanding commitment to sustainable farming. Across estates including Tenuta La Falcona and historic Civranetta, the family combines traditional methods with a forward-looking approach. Grapes are carefully selected and dried on traditional bamboo racks (arelle), supporting wines they describe as genuine, truthful, and authentic. Winery visits are available by appointment, offering an introduction to the agricultural and gastronomic traditions of Valpolicella.
