Sui Nui is a family-run Prosecco producer based in Valdobbiadene, Treviso, founded in 2015 when brothers Marcello, Ezio, and Davide Bressan acquired vineyards in San Vito di Valdobbiadene and Pederobba. Their work continues a four-generation family winemaking tradition in the steep, “heroic” hills suited to Glera. The name Sui Nui, meaning “new soils,” refers to a local place name associated with land revealed after the ancient retreat of the Piave River. The brothers oversee the process from vineyard management through bottling and commercialization, with a stated focus on quality and respect for the land. Their range includes Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG and Prosecco Treviso DOC, made in styles including Brut, Extra Dry, Extra Brut, and Rosé, with Charmat-method sparkling wines characterized by freshness, fine bubbles, and elegance.
