Bodegas Rueda Pérez is a family-owned, third-generation winery in Castilla y León, founded in 2002. Its vineyards are mainly planted to Verdejo and are farmed sustainably with low-intervention practices, including manual pruning and night harvesting. The winery follows a vegan-only approach, with its Sauvignon Blanc holding V-Label certification. Oenologist José de Rueda leads the winemaking, combining traditional methods with modern stainless-steel fermentation and gentle pressing. The wines reflect a balance between contemporary technology, respect for terroir, and environmental stewardship.
