Pelleriti Priore is a privately owned winery in La Consulta, Valle de Uco, founded by winemaker Marcelo Pelleriti and vintner Miguel Priore. The estate controls its own vineyards and focuses on high-altitude, old-vine, single-parcel Malbecs intended to express the distinctive terroirs of Mendoza. Its historic Los Pioneros vineyard, planted in 1910 with ungrafted vines, preserves original Malbec genetics and is central to the project’s identity. Farming emphasizes respect for terroir and biodiversity, although no formal sustainability certifications are noted. Pelleriti leads precise, small-lot vinifications, drawing on extensive experience in Argentina and Bordeaux, while Priore oversees the business and commercial development. Relaunched as PELLERITI PRIORE in 2023, the partnership pursues what it describes as the Grand Crus of the New World.
