2025 · Moinante Rosé Castelão

Moinante is one of five ranges from family-owned Mainova, based at Herdade da Fonte Santa in Alto Alentejo. The Monteiro family established the project in 2010, and Bárbara Monteiro and her husband João have managed it since 2019. Set among vineyards, olive groves, and cork oaks, the estate farms its grapes organically, with methods intended to respect natural cycles and the local ecosystem. Harvesting is carried out manually at night, and the wines are certified vegan. Winemaking is led by Sandra Sarria and António Maçanita.
