Les Errances

France

Founded in 2018 in Rablay-sur-Layon, Loire Valley, Les Errances is a small, couple-run winery owned and operated by Warren and Maïté Perrocheau. They work organic vines aged 45–70 years on flinty schist and slate soils, following permaculture principles that prioritize biodiversity, natural vineyard management, and minimal chemical inputs. Their own vineyards are complemented by organically sourced grapes from nearby growers. In the cellar, low-intervention wines are made with wild yeasts, extended fermentations, and only occasional sulfur additions, reflecting a holistic and sustainability-focused approach.
