Kraemer is a family-run winery in Auernhofen, Franconia, where Stephan and Simone Kraemer operate a diversified mixed-agricultural farm. Its organic vineyards lie on steep Muschelkalk limestone slopes in the Taubertal and have been managed under Naturland organic certification since 1990. Stephan Kraemer is the primary winemaker, overseeing a portfolio shaped by the character of the site and a long-standing commitment to organic farming.
