Fabiano is a fourth-generation, family-owned winery in Veneto, led by Alessandro Fabiano. The estate was acquired by Guido and Isa Serio in 1983 and has been organically certified since 2009, with sustainable practices followed throughout production. Winemaking is overseen by Alessandro, with consultancy from Carlo Ferrini, and the portfolio includes Amarone, Ripasso, and Lugana. The winery produces fewer than 500,000 bottles annually from 165 hectares across two sites.
