Domaine Simon Bize

France

Domaine Simon Bize is a four-generation family estate in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Burgundy, founded in the late 19th century. The domaine farms Pinot Noir and Chardonnay across six premier cru parcels, using organic viticulture and biodynamic trials on selected challenging sites since 2008, without formal certification. Following Patrick Bize’s death in 2013, the estate has been managed by Chisa Bize, her sister Marielle Grivot-Bize and her son Hugo Bize. Chisa leads the winemaking, with Hugo involved in the cellar, continuing the family’s long-standing commitment to the domaine.
