Domaine Lajibe is a small, family-owned estate in Serres-Seques, on the edge of the Pyrenees in Jurançon, South-West France. Founded by former French national fencer Jean-Baptiste Semmartin, who works with his partner Juliana, the domaine began its first vintage in 2015 and reached full production in 2017. Its vineyards are certified organic and biodynamically cultivated, with chemical-free farming and a focus on natural, low-intervention winemaking. The limited range, including Mansengs and Marcel, is made without added sulfites. The estate was established with support from the Estoueigt family of Domaine Larroudé, and Semmartin also makes the Manseng et Compagnie wines.
