Antolini is a small, family-run winery in Valpolicella Classica, founded in 1992 by brothers Pier Paolo and Stefano Antolini. They cultivate hillside vineyards in Marano di Valpolicella, San Pietro in Cariano and Negrar, at 150–350 metres on predominantly clay soils, using traditional double-pergola and Guyot training, including rows on dry-stone “marogne” terraces. Their low-impact approach includes integrated pest management, minimal chemical inputs, no irrigation and hand harvesting. A winery completed in 2001 includes a grape-drying room, stainless-steel fermentation tanks and underground barrel cellars. Antolini focuses on indigenous Valpolicella expressions—Classico, Superiore, Ripasso, Amarone, Recioto and passito white—prioritising terroir, tradition and typicity over fashion.
