Tarani is a historic wine brand from France’s Sud-Ouest, operated by Vinovalie, an agricultural cooperative founded in 2005. Winemaking is overseen by oenologist Thierry Serrus, who also created the cooperative’s “Passion” line. The wines are made from hand-harvested grapes, with temperature-controlled fermentation in concrete vats and aging in French oak barrels. No specific vineyard area, production volume, or sustainability certification is disclosed.
