Domaine Muller-Koeberlé is a fourth-generation, family-owned estate in Saint-Hippolyte, Alsace, led by David Koeberlé, who serves as winemaker and viticulturist. The domaine farms according to organic and biodynamic principles, with Ecocert and Demeter certifications, and is particularly committed to agroforestry, biodiversity, permaculture and Living Soils initiatives. Its independent approach includes natural wines and distinctive Alsace reds, notably Pinot Noir, with practices such as hand harvesting, whole-bunch fermentation and extended fermentations. The estate is also associated with the revival of red wines in Alsace, including its Saint-Hippolyte Rouge and Langenberg Pinot Noir.
