Producer

Michel Paquet

France

Founded by Jocelyne and Michel Paquet in Davayé in 1980, Famille Paquet is a family-owned Burgundy producer now led by their sons. Camille Paquet oversees vineyard cultivation and winemaking, while Mathieu and Jean-Baptiste manage sales and marketing. The vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, with conversion beginning in 2018 and the first certified organic vintage released in 2021. Practices focus on soil health, biodiversity, natural products, plot-specific cultivation, hand harvesting and gentle grape handling. Winemaking follows a minimal-intervention approach. Alongside its estate wines, the family also undertakes négociant projects, with holdings extending across Davayé, Solutré-Pouilly and the Mâcon appellation.
