Domaine Saint Amant is a family-owned Rhône Valley estate founded by Jacques Wallut in 1992 and still run by the Wallut family, with Jacques working alongside his daughter Camille. The domaine farms organically and sustainably, without herbicides or pesticides, using low yields, careful canopy management, and measures to protect soil fertility and prevent erosion. Its vineyards include small terraces at around 500 metres, planted on clay, limestone, and mineral-rich Trias soils. Traditional, traceable production places respect for terroir at the centre of the wines.
