Bodega Séptima is a Mendoza producer established in 1999 in the high Agrelo area of Luján de Cuyo, at 1,050 metres, and part of the Raventós Codorníu group, whose winemaking heritage dates to 1551. It works with grapes from its Finca Emblema and selected terroirs in the Uco Valley, combining Agrelo’s structure and maturity with the Uco Valley’s freshness, acidity and tension. Passion and respect for the land underpin a modern, authentic style focused on terroir and varietal identity. Precision agriculture, microvinification, indigenous-yeast research and experimentation with fermentation and ageing vessels are central to its approach. Its wines range from young, native-yeast, vegan expressions in the Marraso line to elegant, barrel- and bottle-aged reserves, while the Confiado range explores limited, experimental cuvées.
