Bodega K5 is a winemaker-owned producer within the Vivan cooperative in Aia, Gipuzkoa, Basque Country. Its vineyard lies at 300 metres on mineral-rich granite and slate soils. The winery follows a low-intervention “slow wine” approach, working directly from the vineyard and emphasizing chemical-free viticulture, biodiversity preservation, and additive-free natural winemaking. It holds Certified Organic, Biodynamic (Demeter), and Vin Méthode Nature certifications, reflecting a strong commitment to ecological farming and minimal intervention.
