Aquamarine is a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc produced exclusively for Boutinot and crafted by Heaphy Vineyard, owned by the Boutinot family since 2022. Its fruit comes from vineyards across the Wairau Valley, where varied gravel, sand, silt and clay-loam soils support vines trained on VSP trellises. Head winemaker and master blender Andy Nicole uses careful vineyard training, gentle pressing, cool fermentation and parcel blending to create a full-textured style. No organic or biodynamic certification is noted.
