Antonio Gismondi is a 10th-generation family estate in Cerreto Sannita, Campania, run by Antonio and his wife Anabel since 2018. Working under the Gismondi name, they cultivate vineyards on rocky limestone and clay soils over volcanic bedrock, at elevations from 200 to 800 metres. Farming is organic and biodynamic, without chemicals. Antonio makes fresh, natural wines from Falanghina, Malvasia, Sangiovese and other local varieties, using spontaneous fermentations with no additives or sulfites. His approach was shaped by mentorship from Massimo Marchiori.
